I'm a dual sport college athlete competing in both football and lacrosse — which means I know exactly what it takes to build a body that performs at the highest level.

I specialize in strength training, helping people build lean mass, lose fat, and develop the kind of explosive conditioning that separates athletes from everyone else in the gym.

I competed in competitive weightlifting and took it all the way to states — so I know what it takes to perform under pressure and build a body that actually moves weight.
